Scroll down. If you see an Available SIM or EID line, your iPhone supports eSIM.

Or go to Settings → Cellular and look for Add eSIM.
On Android
Android 9 or later

Open the dialer and enter *#06#.

If an EID number appears alongside the IMEI, your phone is eSIM-capable.
